Requests for refunds can only be made within the first 24 hours of purchase, particularly for our bar exam preparation products. No refunds will be issued after this window. We only process refunds in the first 24 hours if you feel that our bar prep resources are not the right fit for you. Please reach out to customer service at Info@BarPrepApp.com within this time frame for cancellations and refunds related to our law study resources. Refund requests must be submitted via email and time-stamped within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Refunds will be returned at the processor's earliest convenience, as we have limited control over our payment processors. Please note, refunds are only made back to the payment method used, without exceptions.
